Domestic (Republic of Ireland) & EU shipping-
Cost of shipping will be applied at checkout based on weight of the items being ordered.

International Shipping-
The price will vary depending on the shipping destination.
If you cannot see your country listed for postage at check out, please get in touch with me via email elodietriouletceramics@outlook.com and I'll help you out.

All parcels are sent via An Post and a tracking number will be provided.

Customs charges to be paid by the customer.

I use 100% recyclable packaging, if you find non-recyclable packaging in your parcel please know it is because I am re-using packaging from parcels I might have received myself. Trying my best to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle ! :)

Elodie Trioulet Ceramics is a small business, every piece available on the shop being 100% made by myself. Therefor I cannot offer refunds unless the products arrives broken at destination. If that is the case proof of the purchase being obviously damaged has to be provided within 24h after tracking shows the item as ‘delivered’.

I can offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase, however cost of shipping to return the original item purchased is at the customer’s charge as well as the new shipping cost.

Returned items must be in original condition, not worn or damaged.

We reserve the right not to accept a return of an item if it's returned degraded or if shipment is not received and no tracking number was provided by the customer.
